Once a customer is registered, they can come back to ADC.com anytime, login, and select "Edit Profile" to request additional services such as purchasing by PO, and order tracking. Customers can also change their password, address, credit card data, and other information.
Order Status
ADC.com allows customers the ability to instantly check the status of online or offline orders placed with ADC. Customers may also receive shipment updates using a PDA or WAP phone or have shipment notification sent to a designated email account or multiple accounts. [Registered Users Only]
Quote Request
Customers not yet ready to buy or who need additional product information may submit an online quote request for any product or group of products and will receive a quick response from our customer service department. Customers may add to a quote request as they browse the catalog, or visit ADC.com just to quickly submit a quote request for a specific item.
