Fons Now Supports Subscriptions & Tuition Payment Models!

One of the most requested Fons features has been support for tuition payment models. Our top-notch designers and developers devoted their heart and soul into building this for you, which is why we’re so excited to announce…

IT’S HERE! Woohoo!

Here’s a brief overview of this fancy new feature…

You can now set a rate and duration (1 week, 1 month, 3 months, etc…) for your subscription offering. After a client’s first confirmed appointment, Fons will automatically bill the full amount upfront and start the client’s subscription. Teachers retain control of the number of appointments per subscription period.

Here’s how to get started right away…

Once you’ve created your account, click “Account” then “Client Billing.” You’ll find the brand spankin’ new fangled option to select one or both payment models for your organization! Easy peasy!

If a teacher selects both payment models, then each client’s profile now includes an option to adjust their billing cycle as seen here…

A Couple FAQ’s

Does Fons keep track of how many lessons a subscription student can receive? or will those students have unlimited access to my calendar?

At this time it’s up to the discretion of the teacher. Teachers retain control of the number of appointments per subscription period. The client can request as many or as few as they want while the teacher can choose to decline those that exceed whatever number of appointments they agreed upon.

Teachers can see all the appointments a student has scheduled within a subscription cycle as seen here…

I don’t have an upgraded Fons Pro account, can I still get this feature?
